Fast, easy and friendly!
Friendly staff at this particular satellite location, but unfortunately the were not able to fix a simple billing mistake. My rental went fine but afterward I found they had double-billed me. Over the course of one month through phone calls and emails I addressed the problem with the staff there and at their main office. I was told twice it would be corrected. Enterprise never did fix the charge and I ended up disputing it through my credit card. Unless they can improve their ability to correct billing errors I would recommend renting elsewhere.
Just one staff member doing everything here including dropping and picking up customers. Waited more than an hour to pick up my car.
They are a great experience!!! I have extended the car twice to keep and it's been a pleasure thru and thru. Thank you Enterprise!
